Prospecting licence with a good future

Gold lease with a small open pit mine from the early 1980s which averaged 7.3gpt in around 2000t. The ore is proven to extend way below the small 10m in depth pit with excellent results from 11 drill holes including 1m@16.2gpt. I can email the report completed by WMC to anyone interested. The waste piles were in separate areas which interested me a few years back so they were sampled and all piles but 1 had consistent returns which averaged just 2gpt but went as high as 4gpt. Nuggets were detected on the eastern side of the lease with no historical diggings which prompted me to complete a small geochemistry program which revealed another potential ore-body and drilling is needed but has not happened as of yet. 60/70% of the block has gold bearing material which has produced many ounces of nuggets with a detector, even recently by myself with the SDC2300. No programs of work have been undertaken since the pit was dug although I had planned on doing at some stage but i have many other things happening in other states. There is no native title issues or any other things which could halt a POW, Im just selling it because my father is moving east and wishes to sell his half of the tenement.
